Male infertility may be caused by a number of factors, including problems associated with sperm production, sperm transport, and sperm motility as well as anatomical problems, blockage of the vas deferens (the tube that brings the sperm from the testicle to the urethra), and infection.

Problems with sperm production result in a reduced sperm count. A reduced sperm count may be caused by a number of factors, including hormonal changes, medications, drug use, alcohol use, excessive caffeine, cigarette smoking and testicular injury. These same factors might also cause a lowered motility. Motility is determined by the percentage of sperm that are moving or swimming.

Sperm motility is also affected by temperature. If the testicles are too warm, the sperm motility and possibly the sperm count may be reduced. Increased scrotal temperature may be caused by use of waterbeds, hot tubs and saunas, as well as wearing tight underwear and tight pants. Increased numbers of abnormal sperm may also result from medications, drugs and alcohol, as well as testicular injury, and environmental exposure to chemicals or heavy metals. It is generally thought that these abnormal sperm are not capable of fertilization.

So all test is normal but you think he is infertile
maybe it is just the fact that God is not ready to give you a child (I am just trying to come up with a logical reason)
Now I will stop beein logical
Go to a GNC and buy Fetil Blend for men & fertil blend for women while taking this you can use pre seed or ask your doc for clomid
by the way I have heard that in some country men are also giving clomid now I don't know if it will work or not
my other advise is to stop looking for what is the cause but how you can get help conceiving and also to think about seing a fetility specialist also if your gyno is being passie fired him get yourself another doc that will answer your ? or send you to someone that will
Goodluck

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/a276e
