Since the inerpretation of just what the Constitution says is totally subject to the views of just TWO political parties, it doesn't really matter. Just ask what "the People" means in the Second Amendment to get an idea of what I mean.

Abiding by using the form might placed lots of the pundits out of a job and end a good form of frenzied political debate between the events. that's their carry on the regular public. a lot of this might end quickly besides because of fact over 30 states have filed resolutions claiming their state soveriegnty under the 9th and 10th Amendments. that could take a good form of potential from the federal government and placed it back with the guy states because it became meant to be. this is not any reflection on the present administration because of fact this began while Bush became president. The states can not take care of to pay for to fund the federally mandated classes.

Of course he should support the constitution. But I don't think that's how the "decider" sees it.

The Constitution, which this present adminstration tries to ignore at every turn. This is the WORST president and adminstration we've EVER had.

If your a Democrat...the party.....that way if 8 of you get fired you can whine to the party and they can launch an investigation into it to try and put down the GOP in a bad publicity stunt
If your a Republican...they you follow the law..even when 93 of you get fired and are told sorry it is legal.....
