I become really extroverted when excercising regularly. I become an introvert when I stop. Why is that?

With sports and exercise you express yourself through your body... you find expression and emotional release when you are outside and doing something... you focus on things, people and the goal...

when you stop and become stagnant... you lose the expression of oneself... that is the time when you look at yourself...

So what you need to do is balance this... find time to do what you want and find time for "I Love Myself!".

when we look smart,handsome,and people appreciates for our intelligence, naturally our confidence levels will go up and makes us to stand in a right position in a group which in return helps to grow our abilities and leadership skills.

so coming to ur question only when exercising u feel better bcz, the body as well mind will get relaxed and able to function moore than usuall . so that might be happening with u.

I don't know how solitary exercising would do that but IMO participating in team sports would tend to make you more outgoing because you must interact and cooperate with your fellow team mates to be successful

its just my opinion ,maybe exercizin helps you to feel better about yourself, gives you more confidence, raises your metabolism, an overall sence of well being.
