It causes extra stress when i see lots of file jumbled in front by my co-workers.

Just take it one file at a time. concentrate on your work and not stress; let go of stress it KILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SOMETIME PEOPLE DO THAT; TO MAKE THE BOSS FEEL LIKE THEY ARE REALLY BUSY.
