Pulis Oysters are the so-called Project of President Arroyo. They are the street cleaners. The are names as such because they are manning the garbage and the dirts on the streets. I saw them this afternoon cleaning the street of Roxas Boulevard.

those janitors are Metro-Aides in yellow shirt. They are just brothers with the policemen. Oyster or tahong is a green oyster in the Philippines which is staple food of poor.
