It means they have a feeling hidden in those words.
It means an unfinished idea.
It means they are uncertain.

You mean ellipses. The row of three dots linking two ideas or to indicate the omission of words in a quote. If your friend used this at the end of a sentence it probably means they want to say something else.

usually, a collective sigh, then re-evaluates what was just said, or its a way to let you fill in the blanks yourself, with the dots being :your thoughts here"..or a way of leading you up to the next related idea....get it? OR it could just mean they are an idiot!
