Is Jessica R annoying you too? Everyone time someone asks a question, she? pops in with a standard answer? Is this automated or is some saddo out there wasting their time on this.

Yours is the first mention of Jessica R, but when it comes to web hosting, there are a few different contributors regularly mentioning the same websites (Commission Junction links, or resellers for Wild West Domains and other similar firms).
(I've sent reports to Abuse address, which marks single comments with a thumbs down, but I'm not responding to every message they post, as time is better spent trying to answer other questions.)

Probably someone using a bot to post for them, the link take you to some pay site for chatting.....its getting annoying.....just report it, they will delete her account eventually....

No she is not annoying, but what is annoying is people calling out other people and posing a question in a computer section that has nothing to do with computers.
