When I gain weight its in my stomach area. I am fine everywhere else. Just my mid section.

i found that a healthier diet with more vegetable intake and less meat intake PLUS running helped me tremendously reduce my belly fat.

cardio. run/walk 4 miles a day. it's the best way to lose it quick and healthy.
