Rani Mukherjee.........anytime because of her excellent performance in Black & many other films !!
I love Priety for her cute dimples & sweet smile & she's ok as an actress !
Sushmita Sen is very smart , i like her acting !!
As, for Kajol she is also a very good actress but not as good as Rani because Kajol did not play the role of a blind girl in Fanna well , it was not looking as Kajol was blind !!
But Rani played the role of Hellen Killer who was deaf, dumb & blind in Black very well !!
Rani is a versatile actress , she does justice to all her roles !
She is also very simple & beautiful !
So, rani is the best !!

Rani Mukherjee is by far my favourite actor.after an average debut in''rajaa ki ayegi baraat'' ,she has left her ''gulam'' days behind and come a long way.
post ''chori chori'' ,she got better & better & finally ''Black'' was a stunner.i love her simplicity.
i like Sushmita sen for her grace & personality.
but my favourite(who's not on your list) is Konkona sen sharma.she's a versatile actor.from offbeat films to commercial,she's carried out each role with a lot of elaan.
i loved her in ''mr. & mrs. iyer'' and ''15,park avenue''.
at the same time she rocked in ''page 3'' .
