please tell me how to speed up the capacity of my system ..............its running slow.....i have 256 mb ddr2 ram with it ..............

Your system can only run as fast as its slowest component....
With only 256 mb of ram, you are going to have a serious reduction in performance unless you have at least, 512 mb of ram......
If you have the money, get 2 512 ram chips.....
or you can buy one at a time that will also work. I have a 256 and a 512 in my laptop right now......

To speed up your ADSL you just pay your ISP for more bandwidth. If the machine and internet are running slow then first try a spyware scan. I would suggest you try Spybot Seach and Destroy from http://www.spybot.info
