For school purposes an oral presentation in an Assembly type situation would start with: Principal(name), Teachers. Students, Visitors and unless you were introduced you would introduce yourself and tell your topic. A written presentation would start off in much the same way. it would start with to whom the paper was addressed, your name and the topic, then proceed into the body of the text.

You mean in reintroducing such quaint terms as 'please may I' and 'thank-you Sir/Ms' or 'may I be excused please, Sir/Ms'?
