Yes., by testing the a small cell and studying X & Y chromosome combinations. If it is perfect XY then it is a baby boy, XX is baby girl. If it is XXY , XYY etc, may the symptom of eunuch baby. Some time even if the result shows perfect XX or XY, chances of eunuch baby is not ruled out, because of disorder in sex organs., both external or external.
