Since india's entry to Super 8 is still doubtful, chances of India winning the world cup are very remote. However, if thjey manage to enter into Super 8, they stand a chance to win the world cup provided they play all the future matches with proper application, dedication, determination and fighting spirit.

Well the chances for India is also good enough but first of all India has to qualify for the Super 8 for this they have to defeat a strong team like Sri Lanka.
