Why dont you ask your doctor? She would help you in determining the correct dates (and no one here on yahoo have the details of your menstrual cycle -regular/irregular, duration, etc)
As for the ovulation test, things like checking the body temperature once you wake up in the morning, checking your body weight, checking for any other physical changes, etc can be best shown/advised by your doctor. (For a simple thing like checking body temperature you are required to use a thermometer specially made for this purpose and the usage is slightly different from a regular one)

this web site is provide free for u to check when is your ovulotion days
http://www.accuratepregnancytests.com/free_pregnancy_test_tools.html#pregnancy_calendar
besides,
u have to measure your temperature every morning, then you have to draw the graph from the temeprature u recorded, then u will know average your temeparture is at which point. then after u measure for few months, u will know what temperature is the highest within a month, thats the best time for u to conceive a baby.
and
another method is
u can buy one ovulotion or fertility predictor kit for yourself if u feel very lazy to measure using thermometer.
I bought Clearblue/Clearplan fertility monitor at ebay. This monitor will help u record your ovulotion history and tell u when or which day is your time to test. That is the best for us to conceive a baby and we got a baby boy , his age 2
