You have nothing to worry about and if you wish you can reply to the company secretary this just assists their case and does not in any way incriminate you quite the reverse.I would send a lettere to the bank to cover yourself and always keep copies of letters. In a fraud case of this type I would not involve the police as frankly they wont be intrested unless you have suffered a loss due to this fraud.

What pray you is "facking?" But in case you mean "faking," you have no problem unless you have been signing these checks yourself. Just sit tight until you hear from the investigators, then you might be required to testify in court.

installation a PIN on your mastercard is distinctive than installation a PIN on your debit card. while you're speaking strictly approximately debit taking part in cards, i think each card comes with a PIN. Many substantial dept shops, Wal-Mart, aim, have a card reader you swipe and it will immediately ask on your PIN; whether, which could be overriden with the frenzy of the cancel button and you will possibly be able to sign for it instead. So, so some distance as somebody getting a carry of your debit card, they might placed it to apply without the PIN. whether, that is not to any extent further risky dropping your mastercard vs your debit card. i individually prefer making use of debit taking part in cards with PINs. the only risk-free practices function you do have is that if somebody steals your debit card, they can't get entry to an ATM without your PIN. you do not might desire to watch for the cashier to print the receipt so which you will sign it. additionally, with internet banking you will possibly be able to computer screen your costs heavily.

Tell the bank they are using that it has come to your attention that fraud may be going on, then visit the police and tell them the same... you'll be in the clear then

If you have any info on who is leading the investigation then arrange an interview to tell them all you know / dates you left etc etc .... You haven't done anything wrong so don't worry about it.
