You are joking, right?
I am guessing that you are at least over 10 by the way you write so i think you are more than ready for this.
Tell your parents that this type of strictenss often ends up backfiring as their children rebel hard against their hard rules.
What are they telling you about kissing? That it is bad? They don't have sex for gods sake.
They don;t like you watching lovey-dovey stuff? Ask them if they'd rather you watch killing and hatred? They should be embracing the fact that you are watching a movie where the lead character has decent morals and values.
You should try and download the movie off the net and watch it yourself, or go to a friends house and watch it there.
Your parents rules are outrageous. HAve you read the books? Maybe they should so they can see they are not evil.
Good luck.

The movie hasn't even come out in theaters. It's going to be at least a year before it's on DVD. It's awfully early to start anticipating what your parents might object to. What makes you think the commercials will feature Harry & Cho's kiss? I recently saw a trailer for it before a movie in a theater and it was all focused on the return of Voldemort and Harry flying around on a broomstick.
How old are you? If you're too young to see a simple kiss between two teenagers then you would probably get traumatized by all the dark and scary imagery in the movie. Harry Potter movies are typically rated PG and the Order of the Phoenix probably will be too. That means that it's probably okay for most kids (except really young ones) to see it.

How old are you exactly? I mean if you're parents let you read the books, what's the deal with them not letting you see it on the big screen. As has been stated previously you have a couple months until this movie comes out so you have plently of time to get them to see things your way. I've seen the other HP movies and I was sure they came close to kissing in the last one, so what's up with this one? I'm sure it'll be fine, but let them know its not a big deal and is not by any means the focus of the movie or the plot.

Persuade your parents that Harry Potter: Order of the Pheonix is not ALL romance and stuff, it's mostly about, um, the usual stuff Harry Potter movies have, fighting or something. And, if the movie comes another time on ABC Family, let your parents watch it 1st to see if it's o.k. for you to watch it. (That's all I could think of).

Well, you could always ASK THEM. It sounds like you havn't from your question. If you've seen all the other movies they might be reasonable and let you see this one. Why are they against kissing anyway? Its not like they never kiss.
IF THEY SAY NO, JUST GO AND SEE IT ANYWAY, ON YOUR OWN WITHOUT TELLING THEM.

Just go and see it without them knowing. It's only a KISS! And I doubt the kiss will be on the trailers as it is supposed to be a surprise.
