There is a noise that i dunno from my laptop. I think it might be the cooler. So how can i reduce this noise. My computer performance is HP intel P-4 CPU 3.00GHz 2.99 GHz,512 MB of RAM.

just replace it coz there's really nothing you can do about it.. the noise in the fan actually indicates that you have to replace it... don't worry about the cost bcoz it's relatively cheap... btw, i've had the same problem before.....

first turn your pc of and unplug it aswell then take your side panel of ' you should be able to see the cooler fan and if it just needs cleaning best thing to do use is usa a earbud there good for pickin dust and hair ect ect ect

take a blow dryer and blow out the dust, if you are talking about one that sits under the laptop just take the screws out and clean the dust, remember unplug things first.
