I used to could press a lot but age and aches and pains has me down to about 150 now.

Wow that is very good, for me I bet I couldn't push 75lbs I am so out of shape. Good job, keep it up your next goal is 230 or 235

I don't do much of barbell bench press, dumbbell bench press instead. two 25lbs x 12 x 3 will do for me.

Nice Job. I just started yesterday. 5'10" and 218. I only do two twenty pound dumbbells, so I have a while to go.

Another good way to measure strength to weight ratio is how many push-ups can you do.
if you can do 40+ its good. 50+ really good. 55+ amazing
This is a good method of measuring weight to strength ratio.
