He'd use his SPECTRE contacts to hook Holmes up with some high test Peruvian, laced with the latest innovation from Q (armourer) .. the Moriarty Nanobots.. which would engage every cell in Holmes' sleuthy brain in never-ending struggles for which at best Holmes would never get further than 7% in solution...

james bond. he sleeps with a minimum of one chick (with a ludicrous call, i might upload) in each movie. to not point out that there are like a million james bond video clips. james t. kirk could be an area deliver captain, yet he's not quite on the point of the british secret agent.

depends on the type of competition.
If it is to see who would attract girls faster bond will win.
If it is a mystery or something that requires brains,sherlock holmes wud win.
