A change, positive or negative, is a transformation of a situation, a person, an animal, the weather, anything you can think of, from one state to another state (again, positively or negatively). A process is the 'transformation' itself which is ongoing. Not static. It goes on and on. Process is an indefinite line, and changes are the points on that line, where we can define one to another, howone point is different from the previous point.

Process- the steps to take to get from one state to another.
Change- already there.

Change has happened, or will happen. Process is how you got there. Process has steps that follow in a natural progression.
