If you are just using it for personal use, like wallpapers on your pc then it's pretty good. If you plan on sharing it at all like in stationery then you'd need to have a disclaimer on the bottom, saying where you got the image with a link at least. If you want to use it on a web site then you would need to contact the artist and see if they don't mind, it would depend on what sort of site you wanted to use it on.

It really isn't that much of a big deal I don't think. Long as your not trying to make money from it then no probs.

As long as there is a disclaimer stating that the image was manipulated, I don't see a problem with it.

If you are doing it to get revenge on someone its a great idea, if i send you a picture of my boss can you make it look as if he is in a compromising position with his Secretary so I can bribe him.
