It would have aired in the mid nineties, a cartoon series about the wizard of Oz, I seem to remember gnomes or dwarves? It was on in the morning i used to catch a bit of it before school, i think it was on ABC.
Also an American series of skits, also for kids, where there was a chef who made barf burgers, and the kid were in school lcokers and they would open them to tell jokes? This was real life, not cartoons, was also on the ABC, but may have been in the eighties.
Also, a british (i think) series where the child would collect the letter T and the villain was called TBAG.

The first one I think was "Return To OZ". Did the cartoon have a walking Pumpkin head? And the second one I think was called either "You Can't Do That On Television", where one or 2 cast members would get slimed. It was on Nickelodeon. OR it could have been "All That", from which the film "Good Burger " was based from., also on Nickelodeon.
