I assume you mean a "celebrity" who has soulful eyes, but all I can think of are those little 4- and 5-year-old poor children in the "Christian Children's Fund" messages. That haunting look of innocence lost.

That would be in the eye of the beholder but someone who has been around and knows alot or someone that looks at you and you feel naked even though you have your clothes on. It's like they can see right into you.

I think it would be Michael Buble because he somehow has a way in infusing emotions in his songs. Looking at him in his concert makes you feel the songs more and he had a way in making you fall in love with his voice AND the song itself.
