i seem to have forgotten my password to my account, i made it really long and now i cant remember the whole thing. I have tried dwnloading some of these programs but they require to reset the password, but what i want is to only retrieve it.
PLEASE HELP.I'VE GOT IMPORTANT PROJECTS AND DOCUMENTS IN THERE AND I GOT TO GET THEM QUICK.

You can not retrieve the password ... you can only reset it using the special tools you mentioned above.

Have a look in the phone book for a PC shop its going to cost you money however when you are in the uk it is cheap. They might only be able to reset your password to a blank one and then you will need to re set up your password.

This sounds more like you are trying to get the info without the owner knowing its been done, if you are the legit user, reset the password to get to your important documents is what the normal user would do.

The program is called OPHCrack and you can find it via Google.com
This program allows one to recover the password using preset tables of passwords.

You can recover the password but it can take a while using SAMInside

it would probably be easier just to get a new password
