This isn't mine, but once my Dad (who's usually a really clever bloke - studied at Cambridge, got a PHD, lectured for years and years etc...) woke up to realise that he'd forgotton his name! (He did remember it shortly afterwards!)

I forgot to put my shoes on one day, I went all the way to work in my slippers and had to wear my wellies in the office... they still don't let me live it down!

It sounds wierd, but I once completely forgot I was a redhead! I went around convinced I was a brunette, and got really surprised when I looked in the mirror. Seriously, I spent like an hour looking at it and going, whoooooa, it's sooo orange!

Not so much embarrassing but on my first day of work EVER when i was 16 i arrived at 6am prompt on my moped only to realize i had forgot to put my crash helmet on.I felt a right noob.

I can't remember my brother and boyfriend's age. Or my mum and dad's, actually.
Also forgot my knickers in a couple of occasions (one after going swimming).
And another one I forgot to put on my bra in the morning.

I went swimming, I'd put my swimsuit on under my dress, when I came to get changed after my swim I realised I hadn't brought any knickers to put on. It was quite a short dress too. Good job it wasn't a windy day!! lol

to go to work, i thought it was saturday and it was firday. they called me to check i hadnt been hit by a bus or something as i was so late, and i said ' what ? '
then i quickly worked it out thank god before i could say ' i thought it was the weekend!'
i said 'uuuggghhh i m soooo ill'
LOL!!
in the end i told just one person, and in minutes the whole office knew and were quizzing me each day on which day it was ......
oh dear. didnt get the sack thank god::)

sitting on a bus with Walkman out, thought i had a little wind and let it out quietly, but by the looks from the people on the bus it was not very quiet, So forgot Farts can make noise.

i once forgot where i was after a friends party, didn't click that it wasn't my bedroom i was in, and got naked before trying to find my wardrobe. i only realised where i was when i heard a scream from one of the girls in the room. that was embarassing, and my girlfriend wasn't too happy!

dthis is sad to say, but i forgot my moms Bay. i didn't remember until she started telling me about the trip my step dad took her on for her bday. oops! i still feel bad to this day.
