Learn to love yourself and be gentle with yourself, be positive, try to see beauty in everyday life and people. Accept that sometimes things in life do go wrong but how we react and deal with events can be the difference between sinking and swimming. Remember that you are not alone and however bleak things may seem there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Experience different things in life and enjoy the thought that when you are through this dark period life will be much brighter.

Well now, happiness is a funny ol thing. Some are happy in the rat race while others are happy out of it. Its what YOU want to do that will make you happy, not what someone else finds happiness in. Ask yourself this "What really pleases me?" then whatever the answer is try to do that if you can.
Remember this, there are ALWAYS people worse off than you, try to count your blessings however few they may be. Good luck friend :)

Try to have a brighter outlook on things. Count your blessings. Go for a long walk and appreciate the world around you. Come out of yourself. Do something good for a charity. Even if it is giving some old clothes to Oxfam. There are hundreds of ways. I have just recovered from cancer, and I sure appreciate what there is out there.

Go to one of the hospitals where there is people who have been in accidents and are learning how to go through the rest of their lives in a wheelchair. Take a good look around you and then go home and realise how lucky you are, that you are not one of them. Life is what you make of it.

dont be discouraged ya just gotta hold your head up and do all you can to make things happen. things dont change by themselves, you got to make them change. and they dont change over night either so work hard to reach your goals and get what you want and things will work out eventually. it seems your privliged enough to have internet access so start with just being thankful for what you have and that your not in a worse situation.
