once you feel an emotion or feel that your mind is having a big weight to carry... then your body reacts... hormones... adrenaline pumps up when you get angry or have an emergency like a fire... it is automatic for the body to release hormones when you feel like it.. happy? you are high... sad? you are low... excited? energetic... it is a natural response... When you are so angry no one can stop you to hit a face... unless you stop yourself... ;-)
