Where can I find the legal definition of:
"m314.1 - Indecent Exposure" & "m647a - Annoy/Molest children?"
Someone charged with these offenses is employed to do work in my neighborhood and has been inside all of our homes. I'm worried for my neighborhood and the kids. Aren't people who get charged with these kinds of offenses not allowed to be around kids or enter kids homes??????? I don't know what to do, any advice on how to handle this?

Penal Code section 314 contains the definition that you want. If this person was convicted under this statute, then he
should be registered under Megans Law on the cd database.. Probably your fastest option would be to gather together as a neighborhood and seek an injunction against the party employing him requiring either termination of the
employment, or relocation to some other location not near
children/
That being said, be VERY sure of ywo things- First, that there was a conviction which is res judicata (not under appeal) and what exactly the sentence of the court was. Because, if you publicly advocate for this person to lose his job, and the underlying facts are other than you have stated then there could be a defamation claim against the persons seeking the order. Reason? If a crime of moral terpitude
(here molestation) is falsely connected to a person, the normal requirement to show and quantify damages is waived.

If convicted, he would have to register as a sex offender per Megan's Law. You can do research to locate all sex offenders in your neighborhood. There is actually a website that will bring up a map and everything to show all sex offenders near you. These registries are kept, because known offenders often become repeat offenders. I would not feel comfortable about the situation either. You should educate your children and watch for warning signs at minimum.

Your first duty is to protect the children.Remember that you are their voice.I would talk to the employer and maybe get your neighbors to sign a petition asking that the employer reassign him to a job sitting behind a desk. The sicko pervert needs to make a living but not at the expense of putting the kids in jeopardy.Check with your police department. If he is on probation find out who his PO is and call him.Voice your concerns. He may not be aware of what the man is doing.By no means allow him back in your house!!!Call a neighborhood meeting to discuss this with all your neighbors. We have to take a more active part in protecting the kids.Once molested...These kids are scarred for life.I applaud you for getting involved Good Luck!!

It would depend on the severity of his case. Did he molest a little kid, or did he get caught having sex with his girlfriend when he was 18 and she was 16, and got caught by her mother? Both will get you on the sex offender list. If it is a serious case then approach the local police and see what the law in your state allows you to do. You do not have to allow anyone in your home if you do not want them inside. Call the company he works for and tell them he is not to be sent to your residence, or you will hire another company.

Leroy, I'm takeing it asn even though your query is must the 2 crimes be recounted whilst labeling the individual as a "intercourse perpetrator". Of direction from what you've gotten noticeable as solutions it must be published as f the only was once concerned with a little one or an grownup. Pretty so much the character of the crime. As a long way as I see it and no I do not help sexual crimes but if a individual is indexed as a "sexuall predator" the crime must be certain from the arrest to the court docket to the conviction. The public must be competent to view the 'WHOLE" tale related to the person from starting to finish with out looking for information surrounding the case. It's such as you simply stated, all offenders are labeled as little one molesters, whilst in Georgia there's truthfully a factor known as "marriagall rape". I'd hate to believe in view that I proceede whilst my "WIFE" stated no, placed me at the identical record with any one that raped a eight 12 months historical little boy.You have a GOOD query and yea it must be seperated as to what the crime was once.

This is touchy. What was he accused of and under what circumstances is the question to ask yourself. Figure out if he is a treat or not then act. Alot of innocent people face these charges. The true way to help is to encurage law enforcement to give polygraphic examinations to the accused and accusers in such cases.
