I have been getting these pop ups asking for £19.99 in payment for a subscription. No one in our house has accessed the site they are asking payment for and I have tried phoning the number given but - guess what - no answer. The only help I can find is telling me to download programs to get rid of this, but I cant access the internet. The internet is connected but this pop up is stopping access. Anyone know what to do?

if it comes to the crunch just reformat your hard drive and reinstall windows and all your other programs, if you cant get online i cant see any other way but somebody else might have a better idea, sorry i cant be of more help to you, good luck
