i want to get an eyebrow ring, i've heard stories that if they pierced a certain nerve in your eybrow half your face will lose feeling and you will be like that forever.
What are the dangers etc.

i have my eyebrow pierced (not with a ring, with the barbell)...i`ve never had any problems...just be sure u go to a professional & then follow the after-care directions, & u should have no problems...of course there are some risks, but u can lessen the chance of anything going wrong by going to a certified professional & doing all the follow-up steps...

with any "invasive" procedure there are risks, this is why you should take time to find an experienced, qualified piercer. I have had both brows done, 1 grew out, but have had the remaining one for 8+ years now, 13 piercings altogether. Eyebrow is an easy piercing, to have done, and to look after, watch out for taking jumpers off over your head while its healing! as with any surface piercing there is a chance of rejection, but no matter what you are going to have done, someone will come out with all the myths and horror stories. My advice to you, is do your homework, find a reputable piercer, and then make the decision if this is for you, Good luck to you

Yeah I have heard the same thing, not only that, they look cheap and nasty and you would lose all credibility, if you had any in the first place.
