I am trying to fill in insurance proposal on line when i guide mouse o form it changes to little hand and is not affective any suggestions please?

It might be a problem with their web site. Give them a ring, at least you will get your insurance sorted

it changes to the hand to show you it is a link to another page simply click when it changes it should go to the new page
try it on the blue wording on this page first

this is probably a pdf file that you can't edit.
Print it off and send it
OR
copy the whole lot into Word
