Hi,
I had a 2nd Interview for a amazing job on Monday and I think it went really well!
I had personalility Tests done and I think they came out well, they said I was Confident, outgoing, hard working and work well under pressure they all said I am a good team member and always willing to help others!
I asked at the Interview when I would hear and they said hopefully wednesday as they had other people to see.
I rang the Lady I had my first Interview with when I came out of the 2nd Interview as she asked me to let her know how I got on and she said she would keep her fingers crossed for me!
I am so nervous, I just want to phone up and ask if i got the job!
What should I do?

Kirsty,
I was recently in the job market also. Sometimes you leave with a good feeling...you said and did everything right. However, the chemistry just wasn't there and you don't see that.
The last interview I did, like you, I was extremely impressed with the company and got great feedback from everyone I interviewed with. They made me a verbal offer a few weeks later.
So calm down, the job is yours!

It does sound very positive, but they probably just need a little time to get all the approval - often the bosses need to sign off on things etc and as they are usually very busy it can sometimes take a couple of days. Don't worry, just sit tight, try not to think about it too much and I am sure they will call you very soon. If you really really can't wait then I don't think calling them will make you lose the job already, it just shows you are keen and willing, but it might be a little bit too over-keen so if you can avoid it just try and hang in there! I know you are nervous but it's probably only a day or two at the most to wait...you can do that! :-))) (and PS, congratulations!)

I understand exactly how you feel! Just like you, I was told I would find out whether I got the job or not TODAY! I am so nervous, I phoned up just 15 minutes ago, but the guy was on the other line so he couldn't take my call. Anyway, the secretary took my name and number to pass it on to him, so I'm hoping he will ring back with positive answers soon. Just pick up the phone and ring them. Be very positive, if you phone up, you'll give the impression that you are keen so it can't be bad. If they've already decided that the job is not yours then you've lost nothing by phoning them up. Hope you get the answer you want from them. Good luck!!!!!

wait. it's not a good idea to keep calling them - it makes u look desperate. either u have the job, and they will contact u, or u haven't got it, and u will probably get a letter in the post. if u really have to call them, then i would wait until at least Monday. good luck - i hope u get it.

If you had got the job you would have heard from them sometime on Tuesday.
As you haven't heard from them by now you have NOT got the job - 30 seconds is as long as it takes for a company to make up it's mind if it's going to employ you.

NO NO dont do that, they said wednesday and they will let you know, wednesday isnt over yet.
I have a business and if I said to you wednesday, I would think you are pushy if you called me to see if you got the job.
