There's no reason why not. Just because you are aware that you are working for a large company doesn't mean that you suddenly aren't. It's a similar concept.

The only situation I would say no to would be if part of the hypnosis was delibrately designed to stop the participant from realizing it were happening. If there was no instruction to stay unaware of the proceedings, then yes - they are still hypnotized.

ABSOLUTELY. Trust me, I would know because I've been hypnotized. People have the misconception in thinking that when under hypnosis, you are being controlled or you can't think normally. Both of these are not true. You are perfectly alert of what is happening, you just don't care.

Seriously. I was hypnotized on a stage in front of hundreds of people. Normally I'm shy/scared when on stage, but when I thought to myself, "I'm on a stage right now in front of a bunch of people. I am hypnotized and I'm probably making a fool of myself," I didn't even care at all.

The hypnotists even asked some of the others (about 20 in all) who were being hypnotized with me, and some thought they weren't hypnotized and some thought they were.

And, yes, I'm positive I was hypnotized and it IS real.
