Numerical calculations must use approximations of Ï. For many purposes, 3.14 or 22/7 is close enough, although engineers often use 3.1416 (5 significant figures) or 3.14159 (6 significant figures) for more precision. The approximations 22/7 and 355/113, with 3 and 7 significant figures respectively, are obtained from the simple continued fraction expansion of Ï. The approximation 355⁄113 (3.1415929…) is the best one that may be expressed with a three-digit or four-digit numerator and denominator.

Pi is a number that has never been taken to its outer limits. It is 3.14159 with about 1000 numbers (at the least) being at the end of it. If you don't know how to convert decimals to fractions, you should consult your Middle School math teacher.
And, PIE is round, but Pi are square.

It was proved over a century ago that there is no fraction exactly equal to Pi.
355 / 113 is accurate to 1 part in nearly 12 million.
You cannot get any closer until you go right up to whole numbers of 6 digits or more. 312689 / 99532 is accurate to better than 1 part in 100 billion.
