People cheat because of their own insecurities and lack of moral character. They don't appreciate what they have and always think they'll find better. If you're really in love with someone you don't even think of cheating.

Men and women cheat--it is infidelity--a lack of being able to commit to a partner exclusively. It is a self esteem issue---lack of confidence--always feels as if they have to prove desireability. They sometimes do it for attention or believe it or not, they actually dislike women or the men they cheat on---a revenge thing. It truly is a lack of respect, lack of dignity and integrity, honesty and a total disregard for the disease issue and possible pregnancy that might occur. It is a trophy thing to some people--look at all the sex--I am a big shot----they actually think someone cares about that stuff. It is a morale boost to some---for a really strange reason, it is the result of a stalking, predatory hunt--sort of an I win thing. So that is why some people cheat--it is nothing short of low-life, crude, and disrespectful. Hope you are not experiencing this--if you are--get away quick--you can do better than this partner.

not all men cheat, it just seems like they do. the moral of the story is that you have learned that some men are not good. the reason is that they have problems, but you are not the solution, you want to look for a guy who is the one woman man, they may not be the guy with the most sex appeal, but don't use your heart for a doormat either
look for the good guys, they are out there, believe me, they do exist

honestly im not sure why men cheat but there are alot of girls out there that cheat too and yet you never really see guys complaining that often...most likely he cheated b/c he didnt love you, or he was thinking with the wrong head

Men that cheat do so because they're weak and insecure. They are trying to make themselves feel better or look better or feel more manly or whatever. It's their fear, not the woman's problem.

Boredom in their current relationships, lack of attention from their partners, grass is greener on the otherside, always want what you can't have and lastly their partners have let themselves go and are no longer attractive phisically.
