Some people are capable of stopping at a bar, and having one drink. Yup, it's true. Some only go to socialize, and don't drink alcohol at all. I've even heard the spots are used by delivery men.

That is a darn good question! I suppose the people who are at the bar are expected to drive there but get another way home.

Designated drivers employees and some people sober up before leaving. Maybe they have one drink and drink soda the rest of the evening. Who knows

centred drivers. in specific circumstances I park there and visit a eating place interior sight, if theres no eating place parking. or i'm going to rigidity there, drink, take a cab domicile and somebody will rigidity me decrease back to p.c.. up my automobile. Saves having to pay for one trip. workers?

thats for PARKING not driving. . . You would know that if you realized that a Parkway is for driving. Haven't you ever seen people parking in the parking lot?

They don't want to stop you from driving drunk. They just want to collect the massive fines that result from this behavior and also to send you to prison to justify the huge cost of building them.
