I would start by learning how to spell Candle's properly.
Kidding....
If you know how to make the candles you just need to get them sold. You could make a variety of candles and go to a trade show/Flea market and sell them there. You could also start a website and sell them on there.
If you don't know how to make them, I suggest buying a cheap kit online and trying it out first.
It's easy to do, which is a plus, but on the other hand, it's easy to do, so many people sell their own candles.
Find a way to be unique and good luck.

Umm, not to sound all snobby, but you may want to try spelling it correctly first.
Secondly, I'd do an Internet search for books and web sites that are about starting a small business.
