Does Paypal accept Visa Electron cards?

Because the official Comic Relief site wont take it, nor will a site that I'm trying to get a product from, but they both have links for paypal donation.

did those sites tell you you can pay by paypal ? i do believe paypal accept visa but of course you have to create an account first

Yes they do!! I've got a Paypal account, and they do accept them!
