Get your self some TEEPOL, its the best degreaser known to mankind. We use it in the mining industry. SHELL make it, spill some on your drive and let it sit for a minute or two then scrub it into the stain and hose off with water, good luck.

i had exactly the same thing because im in the motor trade u will need some traffic film remover which u will get from most car cleaning companys ie valeters or try your look at a main dealer u might mr able to pinch a bit off the valeters ,once u have it apply neat or slightly watered down leave to soak and brush in and hose off , i can just about see the marks on my drive but nothing like what they was , it might take u 3 attempts

What I have used successfully for small spots is rubbing with a rag soaked in white spirit to remove most of the oil (or paintbrush restorer ) followed by a good scrub with strong detergent. If you have any caustic soda (drain cleaner) you can use that instead by putting a good spoonful of granules over the patch then pouring on a small amount of hot water, leave to soak then scrub and rinse. Another good one is to use Gunk engine cleaner.

I would say the oil came from a car..... to remove the oil you can use cat litter, pour on the spot and grind it in with your foot, then sweep up the litter.

Neat Detergent or washing up liquid, and a stiff brush. But do not spill any elbow grease. Have a cup of tea, then rinse away.

go to your local d.i.y and get some brick acid. it cost about a fiver and is used to clean up brickwork. brush it on with a hard broom, then leave it for 10 mins and hose it away.
