I would have to agree with your friend. Music is all around us, everyday. In fact, it's part of religion and culture. I don't see how someone could hate music. Yes, you can hate a specific genre but I don't think you can cast it out in general. I don't think there's any possible way you could go even a day without hearing some type of music. Whether it be on tv, in the store, a day out with friends...music is everywhere. You may not pay attention to it 24/7, but it's there.

I dont particularly not like music, I just dont actively listen to it. Ill have it on in the car, but wont actively seek it out elsewhere. Im the only person i know without an ipod! I bought cds when i was a teen, mainly because my friends were doing it, and went to the BDO a few times, but mainly as a social thing.

well she is wrong, while I am a music lover... my grandfather always swore he didn't like any type of music and always listened to talk radio.
