Many cheap speakers do hum, it's just the cheap power supply in them. A good quality pair of speakers will solve your problem.

This sounds like a sound device prob,check your mic and make its turned down and not in the line jack.if you dont have a mic inspect you input foor a bad connection,and or look your speakers over for a bad connect.

its common u need not worry
it will stop itself or u can replace the speaker if they are in warranty
