This is because they think that the standard of education in their own country is poor and they have better chance of getting a job if not in their own country, elsewhere.

Well, from what I've heard from several fellow grad students from India (Physics grad students, for reference), it sounds like while American high schools do a poor job compared to Indian schools in getting you to college level, American colleges more than make up for the gap. More specifically, I got the impression that, at least in physics, the education to be had in an Indian university wasn't that great (e.g. professors tended to ignore their students a lot, and a good deal of the learning was self-teaching). In comparison, a lot of American universities (and certainly the university I'm at) put a lot of emphasis on undergraduate education, and generally the learning experience is more interactive and robust. Not that Indian professors are slouches, just there isn't the same focus on undergraduate education (though admittedly in America the system isn't set up to emphasize teaching over research).
Admittedly, the sample size of people I've heard this from isn't large (there are two Indians among my class), but still. So, basically, they come because American universities tend to be very rigorous, if only to make up for the failings of American pre-college education.

indians are the most intelligent people who exists on this planet.
10 year indian old child is equivalent to 36 years old foreigner.
they are hard working and so they get scholarships from abroad and persue their higher education.
its not about the standard of education because the education given in india is the toughest one not like in foreign countries who emphasize on some particular subjects.
for instance take your example you dont even know to spell ABROAD and GREAT.
i think you are a foreignerthats why you dont know the quality education which is provided in INDIA.
