It's called Slip Out The Back by Fort Minor.I didn't really understand the song but I liked the beat and everything and only understood bits and fragments of the song, not the whole thing. I was wondering if anyone could clarify it for me. Here are the Lyrics:

It sounds like a dad telling his son that he has made some bad decisions that the son wanted to copy, so the dad decided that the only way to alleviate the negative influence was to disappear from the kid's life and hope that the son would find a better role model.

Looks like a rap song, so I would guess it might be talking about a being in a gang.

Perhaps he joined a gang when he was young so he would fit in. So he could serve a purpose. Then the more he was in the gang the more he got caught up in confrontation that he didnt want to be in. Someone came to him and told him to get out. He wanted to get out before, but he really just needed someone to reinforce it for him so he got out to protect himself and probably other people not involved in the gang that was connected to him.
