I know today is the first official day of spring but it is still cold out.
Anyway my questions are:
1. why did she wear sandals when there was ice and snow on the ground?
2. Why did she wear toerings (one on each second toe)
3. Do girls like it if I stare at their toes? I thought those toe rings looked cute.

1) We're not all chilly-willies :) If you're used to going barefoot or wearing sandals, and you keep the rest of your body warm, you don't get cold feet that easily. I go barefoot all winter long.
2) Probably because she likes them? (bit of a d'uh question, sorry)
3) Some do, some don't... if she wears jewelry chances are that she does like it when people look at them, but you can't be sure, perhaps it's just that her boyfriend likes it and she doesn't particularly enjoy it when others look at her feet too.. you really can't ever know for sure, people do things for soooooo many reasons, no way to tell 'yes' or 'no' through an online answering community! Many barefooters I know like wearing toe rings as a sign that we didn't just lose our shoes somewhere, otherwise sometimes people will ask us if our shoes got stolen or things like that... but I guess when wearing sandals that won't apply.

I don't know about all girls but I wouldn't care if you stared at my toes! and I have 2 gold ones that I wear all the time, so maybe she wears hers all the time too

Oh, that is the latest trend of fashion nowadays. Actually, I already saw someone wearing nose-ring with big bangles on one arm and long dangling pair of earrings with 3 to 5 ringlets attached to the earlobes.

Who cares? Don't you know by now that lots of girls LOVE shoes??? And it's the first day of spring, so reguardless of the weather, we gotta break out the new spring fasions, so oogle our toe rings, and don't ask so many questions!!! lol!

I'm sorry, but she must have leprosy. She obviously can't feel the fact that her toes have frost bite. By the way, she doesn't mind if you look at her toes.....
