That totally depends on her features, and the persons opinion who is looking at them....however, typically girls with smaller features look better with short hair and vise versa. About light or dark hair depends on the womans age and the season.

In my opinion, I think shoulder length hair looks best. Altho Demi Moore looks better with very short hair than long. I prefer longer hair on myself plus I think I look better with darker hair than lighter. It does depend on your facial structure.

The best looking woman have dark hair, longer is better but not too long. Brunnettes seem higher quality to me than blondes.

depends, some look nicer in short hair while others would look nicer in long hair, it's what suits them. as for men, i think they prefer long hair, they find it sexy, light or dark, it depends on eye and skin color :)

It is all a matter of taste and climate and style. Men tend to go for longer hair on a woman. As to blonder or brunette it is best to go by your complexion.

well I've heard that men think women with long hair look sexier but of course it depends on your facial structure too...sooo I'll go with long and dark
