Similar to the Indians, they don't really have much to celebrate in their own countries so they will obviously hold onto dear life the somewhat absent victories in life provided by their National team. It's amazing isn't it similarly to the South American slumbs and soccer, the death of their Coach which is now suspected murder following their recent loss tragically identifies how badly they miss the track, compare their effort to Australia V England in the "Body line" series ! wow amazing, no comparison !

Fans are not bad sports, but Media and Corporates are!

Media and corporates to sell their products create unnecessary hype about results and create false emotional Highs and Lows!

Some Billions needs to be taken out from Cricket and you would see each one as Sport!

You will find good and bad fans in each country. Just because few fans behave badly, you cannot stamp the entire fan of a country as bad.

I dont think so. Me being a die hard cricket fan myself, may not lend weight to my statement, but what i think is, if we consider it our duty to praise and worship our players when they win, we have every right to blame them to the contentment of our hearts when they put on the effort they put in this worldcup!
Still, some people go as far as threatening the players on phone and throwing garbage at their homes. That in my opinion is really being a spoilsport. The rest is just fine with me ;-)
