Don't mess with it. It will heal in two days as long as you don't iritate it.

There are some very strong spot treatments with the maximum levels alound of the monographed actives. 10% of either Benzyl Peroxide or Salacylic Acid. You're better off using the BP over the SA because its drying. Find a spot masque where you're only supposed to put it on for 10-30 minutes one time. Do that, wash it off, do it again, and the third time, leave it on over night.
Only right on the pimple, because it'll be a red spot in the am. That's the hope anyway. If the pimple is more than superficial and the infection has penetrated to the subcutanious, you don't really have a chance and you should tip your make-up artist big up front.
In the am, use ice and wound healers to reduce the redness.
Good luck & congrats.

toothpaste is never going to get rid of a spot.
I know it's going to smell terrible but plain old TCP is the best thing for zapping it quickly. There are tons of spot stuff on the market but they will take 4-5 days to work. Don't touch it. Wash your hands before you touch your face and clean all your make-up brushes and sponges to avoid getting any more.
The person who answered with hydrogen peroxide. I would not recommend this as it is pure bleach. It might work for some people but I wouldn't take the chance that it might react badly with your skin and make it worse. Also breathing in the fumes from it can be harmful and it might bleach your skin.
The main thing is not to worry, you'll be wearing make-up and no-one will know it's there but you. Have a great day and don't let anything get in the way - you'll have a special glow about you that not even 10 zits could hide!

I have very pale skin so the slightest mark shows up on my face. What I do is take a Q-tip with HYDROGEN PEROXIDE on it and hold it over the blemish. If there is still goo in the zit, it will sting a little (or itch like crazy). And repeat ever couple of hours until the red vanishes.
It is a crazy cheap method and works WAY better than any cream which only puts more goop on your skin.
P.S. I tried the toothpaste thing too and it did not work for me either.

A warm flannel and a mild solution of hydrogen peroxide might help. I would be scrupulously clean though when touching it as you may cause a mini-infection and leave yourself with a red swelling. Best bet is to pop into the local beauty centre and ask their advice. This is your big day and it is worth the effort to go and get proper advice. They will probably give you something to mask the appearance of the zit as well. Good luck on your Wedding Day and congratulations.

I had hemorrhoids problems for different years. I was basically simply excessively embarrassed to go to a doctor or to the pharmacy to request a hemorrhoid treatment. At last I went to a doctor that tried to do everything in her power to help me, yet unfortunately the prescription didn't work. Surgery was impossible! By then, I was powerless, embarrassed and with just about no social life, so I've chosen to try something else. Then I discovered this method: http://treathemorrhoid.kyma.info I purchased this book on the most proficient method to dispose of hemorrhoids naturally notice it helped me a great deal! I don't feel torment anymore! I wish I had it years before. I can't accept how rapidly I got relief (just about overnight!) they've never returned and I don't worry about it anymore in light of the fact that on the off chance that they do, I know precisely what to do. After reading the book and making a move in 48 hours the ache, irritation, tingling and draining was gone. To my surprise I could permanently cure my hemorrhoids 100% naturally. Hemorrhoids are fundamentally engorged veins. The veins return the blood to the heart and those from the lower parts of the body work against gravity to push blood again to the heart. At the point when the blood becomes thicker because of one's absence of water admission, the blood gets pooled in the veins in light of the fact that blood is more hard to stream. This makes them get engorged and become bigger. On the off chance that this happens in the rectal area, it becomes hemorrhoids. I can assure you that I tackled my hemorroids problems with this system: http://treathemorrhoid.kyma.info It's definitly the most ideal approach to effectively dispose of hemorreoids.

Don't squeeze it!
The Hydrogen Peroxide and especially the Benzoyl Peroxide method is excellent- the concept is using a very concentrated anti-bacterial on it repeatedly to shock the infection dead.
So- use an extremely strong antiseptic- such as Chlorine, Betadine, Hyd Perox, and perhaps consult your local pharmacist- perhaps they could recommend an excellent topical dermal (skin) antiseptic.

You can go to a dermatologist and they'll do some high-tech things to lessen it's visibility, but it'll cost you. For home treatment, just keep it clean and apply some benzoyl peroxide cream as directed to try and dry it out. Good luck!

Clearasil fast action treatment gel. May not get rid of it completely but it sure does take any redness and swelling away, then with a little makeup its as good as gone.
