Well, if you want the lyrics in Russian, just do a Yandex (http://yandex.ru) search. Eg, "русский рок текст" - put the name of the band you're looking for instead of "русский" and the song's title instead of "рок".

So, if you'd be looking for lyrics to Kino's "Changes", you'd type "Кино Перемен текст" and get the following results:

If you're looking for English translations of Russian rock songs, however, try Google instead. So to sum it up, it's easier and more practical to find lyrics to whatever song you're interested in by searching for the specific song, as opposed to a generalized website.
