Does anyone know if whether you were sexually abused by your father as a child will it affect how you treat?

your own children someday? Is it more likely you will be a sexual abuser yourself to your own kids?

Everything we have learned and experienced in life affect the way we parent our children and statistics show most parents who abuse their children were in fact abused themselves at an early age. But just because of abuse in your history does NOT mean you will in turn abuse your own children or marry someone who will.

No, not necessarily. If you see a therapist and work through the trauma you experienced as a child there is no reason that you will abuse your own children. It is however true that most sexual offenders were molested themselves as children. But that still doesn't mean that every person that has been molested will do the same.

People who were molested as children and do it to others as adults think that this is the only way to love a child. If a person were molested and they now know that this was wrong they won't want to do it to their own or other people's kid.

I don't know why did you ask this question, but I'd say no.
As a victim of being sexually abused, you'd feel hurt and depressed, you definitely don't want to have those memories again, it's just horrible. Doing it would simply remind you of the time when you were abused.
Plus, you wouldn't want your child to feel the pain you felt when you were abused, it'd be simply inhumane! If you love your child, you would want him or her to have the best in their memories and let them have the best things and experiences in life. This isn't one of them!

That is a matter of choice... If you choose to continue the self-defeating habits made on you... then it is up to you...
but I will praise you if you stop the bad habit and do whatever you can to stop this kind of bad circle....
