I read an articel on famous ACCA questions and one of the questions say that to be a good accountant ,one have to be good in cheating clients ..i'm quite shock .this can't be true right ?

You misunderstood.

In order to be a good accountant, you must know how to catch people/companies that are cheating your clients. In order to catch them you have to be trained on the ways to cheat.

Accounting II taught us the various ways to embezzle money so that we can recognize it when it happens.

I think that is what they meant.

i dont know. we all know that accountants are hired to help their client to get through their deals. i think its safer that the client itself has knowledge on his transactions for him not to be tricked by someone else

without evidence, for each and all of the IRS is acquainted with, you're making up memories with regard to the preparer just to objective to get them in trouble. without evidence, the IRS has no reason to look.
